In partnership with Sheehan and Barry Architects, Quantity Surveyor, Eoin Darby and PCA Consulting Engineers, we are currently almost halfway through this complete house extension and renovation project in Streamstown, Malahide.
Originally a three-bed farm house built over 100 years ago, this property is being transformed into a four-bed, modern family home.
Renovation work commenced in February 2022, with the works consisting of a full refurbishment of the existing house and extension to include a wrap-around mono pitched roof to the rear and the construction of a new bedroom to form a two storey extension.
What’s been interesting about this project is its bespoke nature. While the result will be a completely modernised home, our aim is to retain all the charm and character of the original.
