Yellow Walls
We completed the renovation of this charming 1970s bungalow, located in the heart of Malahide, Dublin, in the late summer of 2023. While the house possessed a great foundation and character, the homeowners wanted to update the living space and bring in more natural light.
In partnership with Darby & Associates, MTW Consulting Engineers, and Wilson Hill Architects, we completed this renovation in just 13 months.
The result is a tranquil and bright family home with an open-plan layout. The living areas have been opened up and modernised, creating an ideal setting for family life. Additionally, the home now bears generously-sized bedrooms.
