As we step into the brighter months of 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what has been a busy and successful start to the year here at B&G Construction. From completing new homes by the sea to laying the groundwork for future apartment living in Dublin, we’ve been proud to deliver high-quality spaces designed for modern living. This season also marks continued partnerships, stronger community connections and exciting opportunities to grow our team.
Cuan Buí
One of the highlights of this spring has been seeing the new homeowners move into Cuan Buí, a striking development of 12 modern homes situated beside the scenic Malahide estuary.
Ardilaun
Another standout project is the renovation of Ardilaun, a traditional two-storey property in Portmarnock transformed into a stunning three-storey family home.
Glenavon
In partnership with Radharc New Homes, we are currently working on Glenavon, a major apartment development featuring 44 units across five floors. Located in Glasnevin, Dublin, this project is a great example of B&G Construction’s capacity to manage large-scale residential developments.
Glenavon is designed to offer stylish, sustainable living for future residents, and we’re excited to see this project progress in the months ahead. Collaborating closely with Radharc ensures a shared focus on craftsmanship, efficiency and quality every step of the way.

Community Support – Naomh Mearnóg Sponsorship
This spring, we proudly continued our sponsorship of Naomh Mearnóg’s Senior Football Team. Alongside Frank McGowan and Noel Kelly Auctioneers, we recently presented the team with their new jerseys. Supporting local sport is an important part of our identity and it also reflects our own core values of teamwork, dedication and community spirit.
