An infill site in the heart of Malahide village, North Dublin, this deceptively large 1,400 sq ft, single storey home was designed with the family’s needs in mind and built to a high spec with an A-rating energy result.
We worked with a completely new design from architect Darragh Lynch. The result? A free-flowing style house that allows for seamless movement between the front and back of the property. We are big believers that building and design go hand-in-hand—we worked closely with Lynch throughout this 18-month project to ensure the best possible result.
