Located on an infill site in the heart of Malahide village, The Mall is a deceptively spacious 1,400 sq. ft. single-storey home designed to meet the needs of a growing family. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom property was built to a high specification, achieving an A-rating energy result.
Working with architect Darragh Lynch, we developed a free-flowing layout that allows seamless movement between front and back, with an open-plan kitchen and living space at its core. Large windows and a five-metre sliding door flood the home with natural light and open directly to the garden, creating a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Despite the compact nature of the site, careful planning maximised both space and functionality, ensuring that every room feels bright, modern and welcoming. From material selection to finishing details, each element was chosen to enhance durability while maintaining style.
