As we close out the second quarter of 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on the momentum and milestones achieved across our projects and teams at B&G Construction. From significant progress on new builds in Howth to breaking ground at The Isles, it’s been a season defined by hard work, craftsmanship and growth. Here’s a closer look at what we’ve been building over the past few months!
Howth 1
Progress is well underway on this bespoke new build in Howth, Howth 1. After the original dwelling and garage were demolished last year, the new two-storey home is starting to take shape. With a modern layout and stunning coastal views, this home is being carefully designed with lifestyle and comfort in mind. Our recent footage highlights not only the structure’s evolution but also the breathtaking scenery that surrounds it.
Howth 2
Just minutes away, work continues at Howth 2, another standout residential project that began with a full site clearance. Construction is now underway on a contemporary, light-filled two-storey home designed around open space and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. A tiered garden and new driveway are just some of the features that will give this home a strong sense of place and practicality.

Looking Ahead
Q2 was one of steady growth and exciting progress and we’re just getting started.
Looking to the second half of the year, we’re excited to share updates from some of our newest live projects. Work is now underway at The Isles, a development of two four-bedroom homes in Malahide, and we’re already seeing early progress on-site. Over in Glasnevin, we’ve also reached a major milestone at Glenavon, with the basement slab now in progress for this 44-apartment development.
