As 2025 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on a year that has pushed B&G Construction forward in meaningful and ambitious ways. From handing over homes and progressing major residential projects to strengthening our team and supporting our community, this year has showcased what can be achieved through collaboration, craftsmanship and a shared commitment to quality.

A Year of Momentum & Milestones
2025 stands out as a defining chapter, one where we strengthened existing partnerships, welcomed new homeowners, pushed major developments forward and continued building the foundations for long-term growth.
From boutique suburban homes to complex multi-storey developments, each project has contributed to a year rich with progress.
Delivering Homes & Welcoming New Communities
One of the highlights of the year was the completion of Cuan Buí, a collection of 12 homes overlooking the Malahide estuary. All residents moved in earlier this year, marking the culmination of a project that blends contemporary design with the warmth and practicality of suburban coastal living.
Creating places where people can thrive is at the heart of what we do, and seeing this new neighbourhood come to life has been a standout moment for our team.
Major Developments Moving into New Phases
Our largest and most complex project to date, the 44-apartment Glenavon development, reached a pivotal milestone this year with the full completion of the basement structure.
This achievement sets the stage for the superstructure to rise throughout 2026. Designed with modern living, comfort and functionality in mind, Glenavon continues to progress with the invaluable partnership of ORS and Radharc New Homes.
In Castleknock, a two-storey residence is being reimagined into a modern family home that balances architectural refinement with everyday comfort. The redesign, including new extensions, enhanced roof structure and refined entrance detailing, is shaping up to be a striking transformation.
The two contemporary homes at The Isles have seen major progress this year, with roofing works now complete and the project moving steadily toward its next phases.
Growing Our Team & Supporting Future Talent
A core focus of 2025 has been expanding and developing the B&G Construction team. We’ve invested in supporting career pathways, enhancing leadership skills and ensuring our workplace remains one where people can learn, grow and excel.

Looking Ahead to 2026
With Glenavon set to reach completion next year and several new projects moving into planning and early-stage development, 2026 promises to be another year of ambition and opportunity.
